Some guy called me and sounded like he was a Pakistani and said there was a warrant for my arrest but refused to say for what or where. The guy they wanted must have had my cell phone number before me because I did not recognize the name they wanted. I investigated and found out they are a debt collector called YMAX out of the Bronx in NY.

This caller called stating that I will have a warrant out for my arrest if I do not get a green dot card and pay the online payday loan. The caller also stated that he was not sure how much I owed and he couldn't give me any information about the loan.

They called my place of work, like about 6 times and asked for like 3 three different names, saying that they was from sheriff of New York, and i had a legal complaint against and if i wanted to hear their affividavit, and if i didn't want to hear the affividavit, they would call the local PD for my arrest

This gentleman with a foreign accent calls my employer and cell phone daily repeatedly. I have asked him not to call my employer and he refuse to honor the request. I have asked to speak to his superior and he holds the phone for a moment then tells me he is someone else like I won't recognize his thick dialect. He has represented himself to be an agent with the State Justice Department, minus informing me what State. His tactic have bypassed harassing. I have asked for an address and he hangs up. I have no way to notify his company in written form that I would prefer any contact via correspondence HELP!.

they keep calling and saying my name and then they start pushing buttons

telling me i will get a payday loan and have to give my first loan payment before he can give me the money

They called me saying they were the sherriffs and I owed money and was neing sued for fraud, writing bad checks and some other bs. They said if I didn't pay that day that a warrant in my city would ne sent out. I called the so call company and they didn't want to give me any information.

They called me saying they were an attorny office (didnt even give me a name of office or representative) representing a company which i supposably commited fraud and theft and that I had an arrest warrant and i would be arrested the next morning. They fed me a BS story and said I was responsible. I called my local PD and found out of no such order. They had my mothers name, my brothers name my address my ups deliveries and everything. This is spam/scam!!! Please spread the word!
