Someone calling himself Officer Paul Rate calls repeatedly 10 or more times a day stating that I am under investigation by the Illegal Investigation Dept. and my name and S.S. # is under investigation and I am being sued. He always asks if I have a lawyer and then wants to transfer me to someone else. I hang up every time and they call right back. I want to make a complaint that this person is representing himself as an Officer. Each Time , his message is exact as if he is reading from a script.. The caller ID says Starnet Paete Comment
The caller said thay were from lawfirm and when I asked for a supervisor this guy got on the line and made rude and obscene sounds and called me profane words along with racisct slurs‡ These comments come from users of Spokeo and from third party websites.
