On some insurance papers I received when call says not good number

I do not pick up numbers with out a caller ID on them. This number called me 24 times yesterday night. Non-stop, I would reject the call it would call right back. I called the number and the automated voice said that it wasnt taking calls at the moment. So I have it on the rejection list so I just get a pop up saying rejected call.

These telemarketers continue to call my 86 year old mother early in the mornings. She is not well, and these calls really upset her. She called the number back to ask to be taken off of their list, but it was a disconnected number. Now how can she get a call from a number which has been disconnected? I really wish the FTC would do something about these people.

calls but does not leave a message does anyone know who this is ? I do not answer "UNKNOWN" numbers as they are usually telemarketers !!
