Spam texts. Message 5 hours to confirm your phone followed by a link. Looks like a phishing text.

Called saying that they were from Law Enforcement, and that I urgently needed to talk to them. Otherwise, I would need to retain a lawyer.

Said they were from the US Treasury and wanted my attorney's name and fax number. When I said I didn't have one ( I knew it was a scam), he (who had a West Indian accent I believe) said the local police would arrive to my home within two hours to put me in custody. I am not sure what they would have done if I had given them an attorney's number.. but I imagine they would have requested more info... as it was they hung up on me.

Robin Smith called from LA, CA (1:34pm 5/1/2015) claiming to be from the U.S. Treasury,

There was quite a lot of noise in the background. A female voice, almost sounding computer like called identifying herself as "Robin Smith" from the "Department of Legal Affairs." The gist of the barely understandable message was to retain legal council and return the phone call.

She said she was from the department of justice and wanted my attorney's name to send a warrant for my arrest.

Person calling stated his name was Richard Walker from Dept of Legal Affairs at the US Treasury, Calling to inform me of legal process being started against me. That I needed to have a lawyer call him back.
