Wanted my information I instead gave him my attorney's name and phone number he call back and said the attorney was uncooperative got mean with me and more and more information so I hung up on him.

Called 3 times yesterday and once so far today.

Constantly calling on my cell, every few minutes. Leaves no message then calls again. Try to call back to see was calling, they do not accept calls

This person calls my friends and relatives saying i used them as a refrence and threatens to have me arrested

I opted not to have telemarketers but keep getting calls from this number and a 347 area code number

We have no debt. They call every day.

Call was from "William Sanchez" of "Profinity.com". They were 'offering' $150 in "free gift cards". <sic> After listening to his speech, I confronted him with the fact that my phone is on the do not call list. I requested to be removed, and informed him that any subsequent phone calls (they've called nearly a dozen times in the past two days) would be reported to the F.C.C. and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
