Apartment scammer will call to set up appointment for a new apartment for rent and its not real

They want to lower ny credit card interest. I've never paid a dime in interest so it can't get any lower... but they call a few times a week. How can I make it stop?

I told them i was on Do Not Call List, yet they persist in calling me with offers of CHEAPER Interest rates--I informed them I would SUE, if contacted again. They now call the hang us in three rings.

This number called about every other day. I want it to stop

They keep calling for months like 3 times a week. We should file a complain about this scam they don't even tell the name of the company and when you talk with the operator to remove you from the list and tell them that you are at the do not call list, they hang up. If you try to select the option to be removed from their system it doesn't work either. My new phone with caller ID finally got them so it tells me when they are calling, but I am tired of be called early hours during my sleep, or run to answer a phone call thinking that is something important and are these mothas.
