Threaten to kill me and family and extortion me to send money or I would die

Caller said he was from the IRS. Sounds like a recording. Have received many of these types.

ompany said they are an IRS collectors. Caled back and they wanted name & phone they called,to look me up.

Recording claims theyre with Internal Revenue Services, with the final S, and they have filed suit. Their employee had unintelligible middle Eastern or Indian accent, and asked what was the number that received their call, and my name--as if they didnt know whom they had called.

I have received several calls indicating I am being sued by IRS.

IRS scam- lawsuit filed

It was a scam phone call. They called on my cell phone & said I was being sued. They said it was a second attempt that they had been trying to get a hold of me. That is not true. It was the first time I had received a call like that.

VOICE MAIL STATED THAT IT WAS IRS AND THEY HAD JUST FILED SUIT AGAINST ME. WHEN I CALLED BACK, THEY ASKED ME TO VERIFY MY ADDRESS AND HUNG UP ON ME. MY PHONE NUMBER IS ON THE NO CALL LIST, BUT NOONE IS ENFORCING IT.
