What to find out who this person is

They called my brother's cell phone number asking for my mother's number and my number and refused to tell him what they needed.

This number called for DirectTV and added a movie pakage without our permission. Had to call DirectTV and be on hold to get changes reversed.

I AM ON THE DO-NOT-CALL LIST SO THEY SHOULD NOT BE CALLING THIS NUMBER FOR ANY REASON.

Calls all the time. Want them to stop.

Repeated calls. No message left. When I am able to answer, they ask for someone of whom I have never heard. I tell them that they have called the wrong number. They have said they will stop calling, but as yet have not fulfilled this promise. They called approximately six times last week. I am becoming increasing annoyed with them!

These people call me every day, twice a day. Have left 2 voice mails, about laser hair removal discounts. I have answered twice to only say "Stop calling" and hung up, but they just keep calling. I had entered a raffle at a bridal show but, apparently they are using the numbers to get customers, and not to notify raffle winners. VERY ANNOYING!!!!
