(202) 821 in Washington, DC

Robotic call saying it is the Social Security Administration and that my number has been allegedly been fraudulently used in a Southern US State near the border. Very much a scam!

David Jones Stated badge # WA76985 stated that between the tax years of 2008-2012 discrepancies were found that I did not pay enough tax and have not followed up on mailing sent to me in regards to the same. Wanting the name of my attorney etc. I ask if he was truly from the IRS to give me my SS#. He stated that he would not give out sensitive info, at this time I stated to him that if he would not give me information that he should have on myself I would not discuss info with him and would contact my attorney general.

Said they were rhe IRS and that I owed 46,000.00. Then said he wanted to fu me.

they have called me several times. I don't owe the government anything. they claim I will have to go in front of a federal magistrate, etc. and that this is my last chance to be contacted.

automated line stated that I needed to call back or I was in violation of federal crime against the U.S, Treasury.

This robot recording to my cell phone threatened federal prosecution if I did not return the call. Failure to appear etc etc.

The person calling said his name was officer Bryan Snyder and he was with the IRS, if we did not call back that day we would be thrown in jail, and we needed to call back with the specific case details.

THEY CALLING THREATENING ARREST AND TO CALL BACK OR ELSE

This entity keeps calling me (with a bad accent) telling me that I need to contact them immediately because the IRS is "Filing a lawsuit" against me. REALLY? So why don't they know my name? Why haven't I gotten anything in the mail? REALLY? CROOKS out to find victims they can dupe.
