Calls all the time

They keep calling my house phone and when I call back to complain the phone message says it is a private number or is out of service

CALLS MULTIPLE TIMES DAILY. ON DO NOT CALL LIST

2 phone calls in 10 minutes and no one there when I answer.

Very annoying - call several times a day, sometimes minutes apart! Say "hello" dead air - try to call number back and you get "the number you dialed is not in service"

They called twice today - minutes apart - but did not leave a message either time. I have caller ID and they show up as "New York", so I do not pick up. Anyone know who they are?

Absolutely out of control company, they called 10 times in the last two days! I don't even know who they are.

Call came in - dead air. I'm on DNC list. What recourse do I have?
