phone calls need to stop

Credit card solisitor saying our cards are fine but last offer to reduce or rates to 6%. Caller id says Union bank of S. Completely bogus identity! Since we are paying no interest on any card it is a complete sham!!!!!

They've called me twice. When I called them, the phone doesn't ring. This is beyond annoying.

Telemarketers should NOT be calling my cell phone #.

Just received another call from this #. When I answered, I heard several clicks and then a hang-up. This is the 3rd time this # has called. It's the 1st time I answered. I called my cell provider to notify them of the call just in case. I don't want unauthorized charges added to my account.
