256 area code is in Alabama. Didn't answer, no message, but a 000-0000 number means they are very purposefully spoofing their number. With all the scams to get your voice recorded these days, not a chance I'd answer!

Same as previous complainant: They called landline, we didn't answer. Then immediately after, they called my cell phone (how did they have both?). I answered the cell and the foreign-sounding female voice at the other end simply said, "Oops, wrong number" and hung up. It's not a "wrong number" when they hit BOTH of my lines within seconds!

I didn't answer but no voice mail left. My phone and Internet hasn't worked correctly since!
