I have a phone number on my refurbished safelink phone. I am sickly and have insomnia, The I get a call at 9:07 (I have only slept 3 hours) I am asked if I am her, no. I tell them the number carried over to me. Then I get asked these questions. Do i know where she is? Do I know her? Am I sure I am not her? Come on like I am going to lie while I am half asleep. I tell you, you woke me up and no sorry. You just hang up. I get no time to tell you to take me off your list or change the information. I have been going through this for 2 years. No, I do not want to change my phone or number. I like it and I finally remember the number. If It happens again, I will call whoever I have to complain.
