John at this number posed as Centrylink needing to update my modem software manually higher speeds as the auto server updates were not sinking up with the modem. He had me type in an address which had the name centrylink in it but it directed me to this address; https://onetimelisencerenwalonetimelisencenwal.yolasite.com... Then he wanted me to insert my name in one field then input a 9 digit number he provided in the other field . I'm sure had I done this he would have taken over my computer and held me for ransom. Beware of this scam. Centrylink would ask multiple questions, to verify it's you, before proceeding with any upgrades.
