I called this number back and asked did u call this number the person who called me said no I didn't call your number this person lied to me and annoying

the number has shown in my caller ID, but when I try to call them back to inform them I'm on the DNC registry and ask them not to call, I receive a message saying the number is not in service.

Said "Good Morning" and hung up.

A-Hole called several times today..

Caller ID = MARITZ Clearly a call center robo call when answering ... Paul came on after about 2 sec., called me by name (the wrong name of course) and asked how I was doing today... without answering his question, I asked where Paul was calling from and he cordially responded with Eco California General Contractors, wanting to know what is on my "to do list" today... I was cordial and declined his assistance, thank you and promptly hung up.
