Guy named David Baxter with a India accent reporting to be with the Dept of Legal Affairs called to report an IRS problem. Tried to call the number given 347-671-0288 but it will not connect. Baxter apparently has old information on a debt that was paid months ago. He continues to leave messages to call him.

Left message on my phone saying they are with Legal Affairs calling about legal complaint filed against me. Left this number to call them back have not done so yet, just got home tonight. Put the number on the computer..shows up telemarketer.
