Message was left by a male who was not fully understandable, i.e. like a cellphone comes in/out, sounded very distant- like from Africa. Also 8:45 am MST (early). What I detected, call back as my identity may be compromised. WHAT? - I will not!!! I bet this is coming from Nigeria via a phone-jack- maybe?

They will call you and tell you that they are IRS agents and calling to collect the money that you owe IRS. They will keep on calling you even if you disconnect the phone.
