Telemarketer is violating the do-not-call listComment
On April 15, 2013 I got a call on my cell phone from 410-587-1090 and it was on my "recent" list and from MD,USA. I AM ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST. Comment
Called the cell phone first wanting credit card info then called the house. Reluctantly told me she was "Jan" and when I inquired further said she was from "account services". When I asked from which company she hung up. Comment

I did answer this call and it started with a pre-recorded message telling me that my credit card account was in good status, but stay on the line because I had earned a lower interest rate. After being placed on hold for a few seconds, a man answered and proceeded to use foul language and try to berate me.He said NOTHING about a credit card! I hung up. I am also on the do not call list.Comment
