I am filing a complaint in reference to a fraudulent service situation. I recently experienced a very poor and unprofessional service attitude from your local management personnel. In particular, Mr. Christopher (Manager) and Ms. Jennifer (Accounting Manager).
I was called daily and it continues to this date, to see if I still wanted the loan, but that I would need to pay you $300.00 fee the first time and that I would have to pay you with a Walmart Money Card. After I called Christopher and gave him the card number. I was then asked to hold for 2 hours while some insurance company processed the funds. Of course I lost these funds because your company would not refund the money.
Secondly I am called daily by Christopher and Jennifer to ask me again if I still wanted the loan. I responded yes I was and then Christopher told me I needed to pay a fee of $410.00 in order to get the loan and that I had to pay again with a Walmart Money Card. So I borrowed this amount from my brother an when I called Christopher and gave him the number of the card I was told to wait 45 minutes and hed get back to me. Again he called and said I now had to pay $600.00 fee. Again, not refundable. I said no I would not pay this. Jennifer now calls daily for this fee and that it is my responsibility to pay the $600.
As I see it, I am owed $710.00 plus the $2000 loan. I cannot and wont pay the $600. I am promised that I would get all these fees repaid to me when the loan is issued. Except I dont get the loan or the refunds unless I pay in advance.
