They also called me as an Law Office that said I was being sued for fraudulent check writing and owing a $ 600 in pay day loan. They wanted to know if I have a lawyer and when I said yes I have your number and we will call you back they hung up.

Says it was a Law Office saying i got a payday loan and i owe 323 and they were going to sue me for $5,000. Then they said i needed to give them my credit card info. I also had to write a letter saying that i authorise (this is how they spelled it) the payment of 250 by a certain date and that i ensure that i will not dispute this transaction and then sign it. They also said i had to send it by a tomorow. they wanted a copy of my id and me to go to walmart to get a prepaid card. They also wouldnt give me any info about when,where,why,how this happend because i dont have any clue what they are talking about. he also didnt speak any english so i couldnt understand him.
