Claims to be microsoft technical dept. Very official sounding wanted me to go to my computer. I didn't tell him I was in front of it. Told him if he was from microsoft and has all the info it should be fixed. Have a nice day and hung up the phone

Source has called over 30 times in the last 3 weeks and left messages on my answering machine when I'm not here. When I answer, caller identifies as an international survey asking for someone not me nor anyone I know. When informed that I'm not the person they're asking for they inquire if I would answer as a substitute. I always say no, but that hasn't stopped them of continuing to call. The phone no. they leave on my answering machine, 425-882-4800, belongs to PMT, according to this site.

Got a call at 9:30 pm, they claimed to be from Microsoft and had detected that my windows computer had been compromised. They claimed only they could fix the problem, and I had to enter a bunch of their commands into my computer, to eliminate the threats. I called their bluff, I'm not stupid, but they stuck to their story. I told them I'd handle it and hung up on them.

Constantly calling using an automated voice using your first name making it seem it's important phone call beware

I was called as a followup call by this number after being told I was dealing with Microsoft. they threw a fake blue screen on my computer with a false 1800 number I called it instead of my virus provider and this person pretended to be from Microsoft and took control of my computer after getting my husbands charge acct number. They even sent me am email to confirm it. even Microsoft had a hard time figuring this one out.

Called at 4:44 a.m. on Sunday morning. RUDE
