I am on a no phone list of telemarketers

I called Wells Fargo's 800# and they verified that John Davy is a Wells Fargo employee. They even connected me to him through the Wells Fargo 800#. It was a sales call to try to get additional business from me.

The man from this number called and left a voicemail on my cell. I called my bank to verify becasue it seemed fishy that a banker from out of state would need to talk with me. Indeed, my bank said not to return the call. Good thing!

Received a strange call from this phone number. He said he was John Davy or Navy from Wells Fargo and asked me to call him that day. The area code is for Arizona. I did not return his call thanks to this site and the complaints noted here.

Claimed to be a gentleman from Wells Fargo. Obvious in that he wanted to loan to reduce debts on credit card, secured by automobile. When I asked more info, and he had credit bureau information, he was not able to tell me my mortgage balance at Wells Fargo. I told him he was a fraud and I would report him.

I DO NOT accept the use of MY phone for telemarketers! If they wish to PAY for my monthly cell phone coverage then they can use MY cell phone. Otherwise, please do not call on my cell phone.

This "Maurice" guy is NOT with Wells Fargo according to company directory.

Call from Anna at Wells Fargo. Left a message on my home phone. When I called, got voice mail identified as Anna (could not understand last name). Left message then looked up number. Saw complaints referencing the phone number.

says he's Maurice from Wells Fargo - no specifics in message about why he's calling. If its legit then Wells Fargo should be marketing itself with a more courteous approach.
