This foreign man called and said that i was being sued. He threaten me with jail and my job. How does our government let these people do this. we are supposed to have advanced tech. and yet we can't stop they. The man keeps changeing his name Mark tompson,townsend or ???

I received a call today from a man of foreign descent stating that I took out a payday loan for $300.00 and was asking me for my attorney's name and number because they were filing charges against me for fraud, theft, and some other charge, I couldn't understand him, he had my ssn...said his name was Michael David from Hamilton and Associates. I told him that I wanted his full name and address so that when I call the attorney general's office from the state of south Dakota (that's where we live) he hung up on me. Big surprise...I knew it wasn't real because this is not the first time I received a call like this one. It is a bunch of bs....

Got a call from a man with either a hindu or indian accent and they told me I took out a $2000 loan and never paid it back and now I was being sued. They were going to call my place of work and have the police arrest me. They even had my full social security number, address, business address and number. Only I have never taken out a loan ever in my life. So naturally I freaked and thought someone stole my identity. so I started researching the numbers and all the info I found said they were a big scam and make sure you report it to the credit companies, bank and file a police report just so you cover all your bases.

I have received over 20 calls from this number telling me I have an outstanding legal matter and they are filing the papers to have me arrested at my address or place of work and that I am going to loose my job and will be getting picked up today if I don't pay the bill immediately and every time the reference my social security number. I have been contacted by a Steve Heart and a Lee Galbrasky and another guy named Lee. How do I make the calls stop and they won't tell me what it's for just how much I have to pay.

A man by name o f jeff foster keeps calling my number saying I am going to be arrested and lawsuit filed against me like everyone else. Stating that he is from hamilton and associates

A man with an Indian accent called me saying that I received a payday loan which I had never gotten, and he threatened to sue me, told me I needed an attorney, and refused to send me any information about said lawsuit or supposed loan. When I asked for his credentials he hung up on me. He said his name was Stephen Davis, which isn't true.

This Man called me several times saying that I needed to contact him saying that I took out a loan at Cash Advance.Then when I told him him that I did not have a loan there he got very anger ...And told me I would loss my job ,and that the police would come to arrest me..I have no idea who the man is

A caller by the name of Mark Townsend has called me with threaten messages saying that charges had been filed against me for writing check and fraud, to have my lawyer to contact him at the number 560 549 1160

this is a scam. Man of foreign descent called claiming to be a lawyer and saying charges were filed against me and he would send someone to my door to pick me up. He said I needed a lawyer. These people need to stop. I knew he was lying and I told him not to call my phone ever again. He is not the only one doing this same stupid scam. Memphis, tn

This person called me of Indian descent stating I will go to jail if I do not comply to him and he will take me to court.. He made several threats that he will show up at my home and my job to take me to jail if I do not pay a certain fee or bill.
