Repeatedly called my cell phone only to hang up when I was too slow answering today (10/1/2012).

Why am I getting these phone calls when I am on a do not call list?

The guy asked for someone who doesn't live here. He then called me a liar and asked for my SSN! The nerve! It must be a scam.

This is marked as a Telemarketer and also Debt Collector. I am being harrassed by them as they continually call my number and when the answering machine picks up they hang up - They DO NOT leave a message and it is very flusterating because they DO NOT state their business, therefore, it will not get resolved and I ajm tired of them calling week after week after week. I am listed on the Do Not Call list and yet I receive calls when end in a hang up. If they are a Debt Collector rather than a Terlemarketer, they have the wrong number and need to STOP.

Collection agency. They even gave me the whole name address and WHOLE social security number of the person they were looking for without any verification.
