left msg with cause # and call back # for me to contact my lawyer within 48 hrs reference a "restraining order. Called # back several times but line did not ring at all.

Got the same call from 617-583-5720. Called my brother who is charge of the fugitive warrants unit. He told me this was a scam. These people had told me I was named in a law suit and a restraining order had been placed against me.

An automated teephone call dvising me to contact my attorney rearding a court order for fraud charges against me. later that day they called my daughter's telephone number regarding the same message. In calling back telephone number 617-583-5720 the phone answers with a message telling you what button to press that relates to the message I received. Afger that the phone goes on hold and music plays without anyone answering.

THIS IS A SCAM!!!!! I received message saying that I had criminal charges against me and a restraining order. that i had to appear in court and to contact my attorney. and they wished me good luck in a threating manner. my first indication that this was a scam was the fact that they used my nickname. the second was the fact that i was never served a restraining order or summons to court. THIS IS A SCAM!!!! PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!!

Received message regarding restraining orde. left some special investigater name. Call phone number sat on hold. Pushed "0" and it was a voice mail to leave a message. Called our local police department and they said it was a scam!!!!! They should be caught and sued for harrasment!

Got the same message as all below. Listened to music for 30 minutes (while doing laundry) No answer. Total scare tactic. They should be sued!

Left me a message that I have a summons for a notice to appear, and possible restraining order. Didn't know someone could be served over the phone. DUMBASSES!

they threaten that you need a lawyer and that a restraining order has been issued against you and you need to give your lawyer the phone number and information/case number the automated teller leaves on your answering machine.

Got a call from these fools telling me a "restraining order" was about to be filed and I should notify my attorney. Press "1" to talk to an operator, did so and listened to music for 15 minutes. So hung up and called THEM, got basically an answering machine with no option there either to talk to a human. Left a message telling them I ain't who they're looking for. I have been getting calls from various collection agencies since May of 2011 for this same named person. Not me or anyone I ever heard of, and I've had this phone # for 8 years. Anytime I've actually gotten a human on the line, they just say "sorry, we'll remove your name". But this "National Processing Center" bull takes it to a new level. First time anyone has told me legal action is pending.

Talk about scared. I've never even been to Cambridge Massachusetts and I get a call about a restraining order of some sort court order or case number T17U-2649. I called the number that they referenced and waited for 15 minutes listening to "that" music. Hope this isn't real. Really scared me.My chest got tight and I had to calm myself down.

Called leaving a message of "Order to show cause regarding a restraining order" and I was involved in a class action law suit. I'm not false information. I called the number back and was on hold with music. Could not reach a person. This must be some sort of a scam!!! In fact I know it is.

I got a call from these people saying that I was involved in a restraining order and that my lawyer and I had 24-48 hours to call this number back and deal with this issue. I was suspicious since I live in VT and my caller ID said "Cambridge".

Trying to scare people into thinking they are a civil investigators unit and trying to collect money on a debt that filed under bankruptcy law
