This number calls daily. If I answer it, there is no one on the other side and then it hangs up. I just called it back and a recording said it was "temporarily suspended". Not sure what that means. Why does this number call me every single day? Is it a telemarketer that just wants credit for his/her boss that they made the call to match their quota? How can I get it blocked?

I'm with a cellular company where I pay for the minuets used. If they don't show their identity, I don't answer. I take it as a telemarketer and report it if it happens more that twice.
