Phishing scam, text message notice from a bank i dont use

This was on my phone bill and I don't know anyone in Augusta, Georgia. I was billed 9 minutes................

charged 9 minutes and 12 minutes on July 29 on my long distance billing; never even talked to these douchebags

I got charged 15.40 for a call I did not make. My provider did reversed the charges on my bill.

they called me i wanted to talk to live person to take my name off calling list now i found out they have billed my long distances after i hit the number to talk to live person they a bunch of dirty rotten crooks that need there BALLS CUT OFF

Charged for a 14 minute call to this number. No such call was ever made!

Charged for a 21 minutes phone call to this number. How can they do that and where are our protections from AT&T?
