telemarketer, calls with no reply

Calls numerous times during a day and during the week. Caller does not talk.

Calls several times a day, today when I answered he knew my first name, and was asking if I was interested in some time of eductional program, told him no, he said thanks and hung up, I am so tired of this guy though. I am hoping he won't call back again

have called 4 times just today

Won't stop calling my cell phone 3 to 4 times aday.

Don't know who this is?, no one talks Started receiving these calls one week ago, we don't owe anybody money, all our credit cards and such are up to date. Who is this??

Call me 6 TIMES a day. This is day two and it's getting out of hand. No one is on the other end, just dead air and then they hang up.
