My wife received a robo-call that my answering machine picked up from this number. The threatening message centered around a pending IRS lawsuit against me for failure to pay taxes. When I called back a male person, India origins by the accent, answered my call and told his name was David Watson. I asked for his IRS id number he provided this number: IRM8350. When I asked for an address he gave me the White House address.Comment
