We have had the same person call our phone both home and cell numbers saying we need to contact a Kevin or Travis, that there were 3 legal charges against my name and social. That the sheriff's department would come to arrest me and that they were with the California State Attorney General's office (which is very stranger that we are on EST time and CA is on PST 3 hours behind us and they are calling at 7:15am in the mornings and on Saturdays... This all stems from us appling for a on-line loan...

I am applied for a loan and this guy named Kevin told to me that I have a law suit against me from the creditors and the also told that they have me arrested and my bank accounts was going to be frozen. Then told me to sent him $300 to stop the law suit.

I applied for a loan last week and ever since then this number calls me about 10 times a day. My supervisor at work received a recorded phone call (because all of our work phone calls are recorded) and a guy left a message for me saying to call him back. He had a heavy Indian accent and he said his name was John or Jason from UCFC and left this number to call him back. When i tried to call that number after work no one answered. He finally left a message last night on my phone and said to have me and my attorney call him back. That alerted me so I called the number back this morning and I said that I was returning a call. He asked my name and I told him and he said with the last four of your social xxxx and I said yes. Then he proceeds to tell me "let me explain what is going on and do not interupt me". I said ok and he begins to explain that charges have been brought upon me for 3 counts. I begin to ask him who is this coming from and he begins to yell at me that he told me not to interupt him and i said you don't have to be so rude and he said deal with the consequences and hung up on me. When i tried to call him back he kept hanging up on me. When i got to work i asked my supervisor if the number he called in on was the same and she said it came from 866-765-6669 so she called it back and she says it was the same person. The guy asked who she was and for her phone number and she said you called a place of business and this will be forwarded to our legal department. I am going to investigate this more. I do not like the fact that he new the last 4 of my social.

They are calling me from this number asking for kennedy, they are also calling my house from several different numbers asking for kennedy saying they are a cash loan service. started 2 weeks ago non stop mon-friday

this person called my 18yr old daughters cell phone telling her she has a warrant for her arrest and the sheriffs would give her the details when they arrested her, they also called her work number-said he was from CA District Attorneys office?

Don't know who this person is . He represents himself as an attorney and when you ask what this is about , the guy hangs up. Not very cool .

I recieved calls from this number on my cell and work phones leaving threatening sounding messages. I called back to see what it was and the man was very rude and did not give me answers just kept threatening me about going to court and charges filed against me. I told him I would wait for local authorities to contact me and for him to take my name and number off of his list and he proceeded to call me a B**** and tell me he would not remove my name! I called the number back hoping to get someone else to complain and ask them to remove my name and number and it was the same man who proceeded to refuse and cuss me again! I think this is company is fake. Also I could barely understand half of what "David Jones" said because of his thick accent.
