Call said there was a one dollar transaction. They were from my bank and noticed a possible fraud. They were closing my debit card, but amazingly they had the information of any transactions I had made using my debit card for the last two weeks.. and to after an extensive conversation and telling them I didnt believe it did go and try to use the card so it was not declined. Had them cancel the transaction and will talk to my bank on Monday because this is Saturday and the banks arent open for bookkeeping. I would say be extremely very careful.

robot call acting as "transaction review department" of my daughters bank.. originating number is 402-609-5706 Omaha, NE

1-402-609-5706 robot call claiming to represent my bank to verify a credit card purchase and told me to call "1-800-622-1361." Checked my bank and no fradulent activity was observed. Don't fall for it.

Scam caller, calling about my bank and I had no transactions.

They called me from another number (+1 (402) 609-5706) telling me to call this number (8006221361) and asked the same thing as the other comments. I checked my bank account and there were no out of the ordinary transactions and knew it was a scam.

Returned call to 1-800-622-1361 and was automated, only asked for last 4 digits of card, and then gave me specific info of charges recently made to verify one at a time. In my case they were all legit so I say its safe to return the call.

Received a call from this number asking to call back to verify recent transactions. It fishes for more data then leads you to a live operator. Be careful!

Robot voice asking about a recent purchase on my credit card. I looked here and knew not to call back. Obvious fraud and trying to get more account information or PIN. Do not answer or call back. Block this number!

Called pretending to be someone from my bank wanting to know about recent purchases on a credit card.

Fraud! Showed up as Fiserv, claiming they were calling from my bank's Transaction Review Department regarding a recent transaction.

Fraud. Showed up as Fiserv and left robo voicemail acting as Great Western Bank to verify charges on my debit card.

Fraud...Don't know how they got our bank name and our home number, but the number they left was different than the number to call on and he spoke with a heavy not American accent. Sounded like a call center number with message left on phone.

Call me multiple times daily. Same robo message. Call back also robo. Refuse to go any further so I hang up. Obvious fraud!

Left VM, Claim to be L&N Credit Union Bank with report of suspect debits on Debit card MasterCard.

The called and left messages saying they were from the account review dept of my bank. My bank makes calls from actual people and not automated ones.

Called at least 25 times today. Had info regarding recent transactions have verified 3 x today won't tell me who they Are or their company name

Said they were from the Account Review Department of my bank. When I asked questions, Valerie became extremely rude. If you are from my bank, why don't you have my information? Why isn't this showing up as from my bank on the caller ID? Lastly, how do they have the authority, over the weekend and in the evening, to lock my bank account when I refuse to answer their questions about my activity? This is MY account- YOU prove who you are!!!

Left a message on my machine saying they are Washington Federal fraud department.
