My debt card was not lost and I will pay the debt tomorrow, but today I went to see how much I owed and the card was locked, but before that I still paid online normally. I don't know English and they called me. I only speak a little English and is there someone who can translate Vietnamese? Thank you

Authentic Wells Fargo fraud detection. Said call customer service. They declined two transactions as fraud. Called Wells Fargo and it was true.

Said they were Wells Fargo and that my card had been skimmed. Two illegal charges were on my account (they were). But, new pin, etc. was not reflected on my online account.
