I am a broker. My client received similar phish-y text inquiry and addressed client by name. "I am just circling back about your (address) plot in ___. If it's just the wrong time, then no big deal. But my deal is still on the table! Madeline w/LBH"

I got a text as well. Only they got my name wrong. And I don't own property where they were talking about, but my cousin does that has the name they used. PFISHING evidently.

Person text saying Hey MY NAME, Im a local that enjoys acquiring vacant land in your region. Do you have a certain number in mind for it?

These people will not stop calling. I don't have a credit card and have asked several times to be removed from their call list. One caller actually called me back numerous times when I threatened to file harassment charges.

Very annoying keeps calling, no message and you cannot call back. STOP calling me!

I'm too am registered on "Do Not Call", doesn't seem to be working. I consider this an invasion of my privacy.

I received a call from 813-384-2540 even though I'm registered on "Do Not Call." I plan to file a complaint with FTC.

I'm on the no-call list, so what gives? This number calls at least 4 times a day for the past 3 weeks. It sucks!
