This number has been calling me daily for several weeks, five times a day. I talked to a woman who said it was T-Mobile and I had an outstanding bill of over $400.00 and wanted me to pay her over the phone. No, I don't think so!! So I called T-Mobile and was told to ignore it, that I had a zero balance.

This number is NOT T-Mobile. They gather information from places like FaceBook, like your phone number, and then call you phishing for more sensitive information and verify your account info. I verified this number with T-Mobile and it does NOT belong to them and I opened an investigation regarding this number. Do not give this caller any info, they are phishing.
