Call from man, Dean Thomas, never identified company he worked for or what the subpoena/court order. Now threatened to send an order of locator to my home w/ no real reason why after I told him person doesn't live at my he. Scammer !

Callers leaving voicemails for a family member saying they are from Travis County. Stated that a claim has not been filed yet and left claim number. Told me my address is used thats why theyre calling me. When they were called back they werent able to provide any information regarding the matter definitely didnt offer any info. Why would a county office call you about a creditor threatening to file a claim from an 855#. Wouldnt they have your local area code? Counties dont have the time. They sound legit but definitely scammers.

Caller left a message saying that she is from Harris County and called to let me know that my relative has been served with a case number and I have been notified because I was listed in my relative file.
