Called at my work number and have also called a family member saying that I will be arrested and have three fraud counts against me. Comment
Continues to call daily, even after being told not to call. The caller does not identify themselves - or the company. They claim they are trying to settle a debt, and demand immediate payment or will file legal action against you. I told them to go ahead, file whatever 'proof' they have of an old unpaid debt - because there are no unpaid debts in my name. This is a SCAM! No legitimate debt collector will demand payment by phone via credit card so you can avoid legal action.
