I received an email to call the bank for urgent transaction. I didn't call because it did not much the only number I have for my bank. They knew where I bank though.

BE CAREFUL!!! I received a random text message instructing me to call the number for an urgent bank matter. The last time I called the number, I was asked for banking information, personal information and when I asked for a supervisor and the service center location he was unable to provide either.

These people are sick. Do not ever give people remote access to your computer! They can install software that will allow them access without your knowledge! I called Microsoft and was told that they will never call a customer to fix corrupted files. They handle any issues internally with server-wide patches. They don't need to call you!
