Received a call from this number and no one said anything. Hope they will not do it again. If they are brave enough to call be brave enough to say something.

This was a valid call from an Xfinity employee responding to a letter I had written to the CEO of Comcast.

This number pretended to be xfinity customer service number but it was a hoax.

I just looked up the Xfinity customer service number and it doesnt begin with an 888. The rest of the number is the same, however it begins with the 800 toll free area code. There is zero reason for a phone call from the REAL Xfinity. Based on all of you, I feel I just received a scam call! These people are buttheads, I didnt answer.

This number Xfinity number (888) 934-6489 called me twice today back to back within a few minutes of each other. I NEVER answered I allowed it to ring until it goes to voicemail, but the thing is they leave a muted voicemail saying nothing. Now I know other people have also experienced the consistent phones since the breach.

Have been get about 2 missed calls a day no voice mail. I've answered but said nothing and they hung up without saying a word. Scam i think.

Claimed to be xfinity wanted personal information

They won't stop calling me I got 10 calls from them yesterday and at least 5 this morning already I'm getting annoyed

Claimed he was with xfinity. Xfinitys number is 800-934-6489. Phone call was choppy and he's calling me back. I'm not going to answer the return call.

they called me twice didnt answer or call back because no voicemail was left this number screams of scams and fraudulent activity

Got three calls within a 5 hour period and they left no message so to me that's unimportant

Got a call from this number saying they were from Amazon and someone billed my credit card trying to purchase around $2000.

I have been receiving multiple calls from this number over the last 4 days with no msg being left. Glad I checked here before I tried to call there number and find out why they are calling. There are so many scam calls claiming to be XFINITY that it is ridiculous. One I been pestered with is for a reduction by 50% of my cable bill. The catch was they wanted me to buy 2 Target gift cards for over $300 each and then call the next days to pay up front for the discount. Like I was going to do that!!!! What was scary was they were able to pay that months cable bill while we were on the phone talking. I found out they paid with a check which bounced later on. Spent hours on the phone trying to talk with the correct representative from XFINITY and talk about this scam and find out how they got a hold of my account info and where able to seem like they paid the bill. Was not completely satisfied with the answers I got due to security loop holes with XFinitys systems. Even after I reported the scam immediately when it took place, I still got a bounced check fee the next month which I had to deal with calling XFINITY to clear it up. I really hate dealing with customer support because it is such a nightmare just to talk to a human being.
