This repetitious message from something P&L tells of an electric bill discount, with a request to press 3, 5, or star to talk to a representative. It does have 11 digits with the #1 before the area code to foil our electronic auto dialer rejection. I had received these calls for a few months now, but just today it seems like I get one each hour! I have enrolled us again on the do not call list, but I think this one is more than a mere marketing agent, and really is harassment. The reverse number lookups can't find this number with or without the 1 as a prefix.
