Posing to be a different person to gain information that was personal cat fishing

they call 3 times within 15 mins with same message as everyone else. I returned call and informed them NOT to call again. totally bogus Don't give out any information to them

I don't have any legal issues, maybe fraudulent calls.

Received a recorded message that said I was to appear in court and that there is a restraining order against me. I needed to contact a lawyer in 24-48 hrs. No answer at the number given (727-202-1062). I'm retired and have no idea why anyone would bring suit against me!!

receiving repeated calls about civil complaint matter requiring court appearance by family member. Totally bogus.

Keeps leaving a message about some civil matter that I no nothing about. They also give me affidavit number which is qtms-1055 and the same number to call.

Told they represented a "Civil Investagations Unit" and think Fraudulent

call every couple of days so I called back and spoke to them they new the last 4 of my social and claimed I got a served and said see you in court and hung up on me. I think they are fishing for someone who will give up information freely so they can steal your information. do not call them back call police

I have received several prerecorded messages about restraining order. I called the number 908-315-5061. But every time am not able to speak with anyone. This is very annoying since I am retired person and I have all my matters in order and never any legal issues with the law.
