Just call them back, when they answer don't say a thing or you can mute your phone. Wait for them to hang up. Repeat this several times until they just hang up when they see your number.

Whoever these people are have called me four times today, and I've never recieved a call from them before. They just suddenly began calling, and won't stop. Is there really no way to stop them?

They keep calling my house 3-4 times a day. He told me he was with Fuel Solutions. Not sure what that is. I told him several times not to call and they keep calling. This needs to be reported. He was vile and rude as well.
