Leaving threating call and messages

Pretty sure this is a sex trafficker. 3 different background searches came up with about 5 diffrent social media sites all under young boy and girl names and pictures both black males and white females and this number is sending out group messages to my area code asking for peoples age and where they work go to school and such. Got other girls saying they are 12 and sending this person pictures in group messages. The police wont even make a report. Wtf is wrong with this world.

I had a missed call from this number without my cell actually ringing. It looked local so I called it back. Answered by a machine saying they were a rebate redemption center offering me a gift card because I visited an affiliated website. I am on the do not call list, and I suspect they know that because they did not give their company name or the name of the website I supposedly visited to give them "permission" to call me anyway. I also suspect the missed call which somehow did not ring first is a scam to get me to initiate contact and circumvent the list that way.
