About noon 10/14/22 I received a robo phone call (spam) from Minneapolis, MN. The automated voice did not Identify the caller. It immediately asked me for my date of birth. I refused and tried to get the caller to identify the company calling and put a real person on the line. After several unsuccessful attempts to get through, I hung up. Waited a while and called back, because I have had some issues with a medical concern and they always want to know my date of birth. I was asked why I was calling and told the voice that I was returning their call. Eventually I was given enough information that I could guess the medical provider which provided the mystery caller with my number. After getting a real person, she too quickly to understand spoke the name of her company followed by X. I could not get a spelling of the company name out of her. She said that the issue had to do with "prior authorization" on a prescription. I think this was a lie because I had gotten a renewal of a prior authorization in September. Then she said, I should call the Pharmacy and tell them if I was charging my meds on Plan D or Plan B. Again, that information is already known to my pharmacy. So, I still do not know the true reason for the call unless it might be harassment or morons are allowed to work the phone lines.

Received call on home phone from this #. Caller wanted to veify DOB & SS. Said no and hung up!

I received a call not identified on caller id from Minnesota. the auto teller immediately basked for identifing information and i felt very uncomfortable giving it to who knows who on an unidentifed phone
