I received a call for my sister law who passed away about six weeks ago. the woman stated it was a personal matter for Vivian. I told her I was her POA and if there was any personal matter that needed to be taken care of. I asked her what it was concerning and she stated I needed to send my POA paperwork and a death certificate. I told her not until I know what this is all about. she said I am not going to argue with you. I told her good and she hung up.

They ask fore my address and when I ask who and what they wanted she only gave a frist name and said government and the have business with me they have been calling me fore weeks I notice on my call loh

They keep calling. It started once a week, then went to several times a week now daily, mostly around late afternoon or dinner time. I spoke with them initially, they told me they were looking for a particular person, I politely told them I don't know who this person is and remove my name from their call list. They nicely agree and they still keep calling. Please help, I am also going to submit a complaint to the State of Florida Attorney Generals Office.

I have a statement saying I don't owe anything and they keep calling me saying
I owe them instead of the company they are calling about. that they paid it and now
i owe them.
