this is not a number of a telemarketer or scam. this is the toll free number to call Verizon Wireless. the scammers today are able to call you from any number they wish often entered themselves instead of randomly generated numbers for instance calling you from toll free numbers like social security police stations real trustworthy government numbers so if you answer and something seems suspicious before giving any information whatsoever hang up and call Verizon Wireless or whatever corporate number they called you from to be sure you're talking to them. I'm sure many of you have noticed receiving calls sometimes even from your own phone number so blocking a call will not do any good or reporting it as you could be blocking something important & wasting your time.
