Received a call to my cell and the caller ID said "Your Health Plan" then asked if this was me. Sounded fishy to me so I hung up and googled the number. Glad I did.

Phone id was from YOUR HLTH PLAN, which was strange. The message allegedly was from Optum Rx, with a 7-digit code number so that they would know it was me when I called back. Problem is, Optum doesn't have my cell number, only my landline. So make your own conclusion -- I made mine. Beware!

computer calling wanted full name and date of birth said it was about an important refill reminder for a presciption, I take care of my own prescitions and have no idea who this is. Dont' trust computer calls
