AUTO CALLER SAID THEY WERE FROM CHASE

Got email saying it was from Chase (it was not) and gave this phone number to call.

I looked it up to see who it was but didn't get an answer here.

I got 3 back to back calls from this number at 6 AM this morning. Did not answer.

5 calls in the space of one hour...did not answer

The man convinced me that he was from CHASE bank and advised that my account was compromised, required that I put my money on GIFT CARDS, which are the same as CASH. He said he would keep the receipts and serial numbers, and convert them to cash when I opened a new account. I began doing this, buying 2000 dollars worth. But soon I was aware that in my anxiety I did not stop to realize none of what he said really made sense. It dawned on me that this was a scam. I STOPPED TAKING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT, CALLED THE GUY BACK AND TOLD HIM I WAS ON TO HIM AND WAS FILING A COMPLAINT. His name is ROBERT, and his phone number is registered to Pa. It is 800-935-9935.

have received this call before 8 AM for 3 days with no message left! Do not like comments left about this caller! Do not plan to answer any future calls! Beware

I was trying, and not being able to, login into Chase and the screen showed for help to call this number. May they all go to.......

Claimed they were from the Fraud Detection Dept. at chase bank. Very smooth. Bad juju.

Fraudster scam: 02/14/2023 This number was used three times this afternoon attempting to call me on my cell phone. I never picked up but investigated the number. I have had recent trouble with hacker fraud at Chase so I am sure the calls would have been like the other stories given here.

This number was on a suspicious letter mailed to me claiming to be from Chase. "Please call us about your online account access".

This is a scam! They are now mailing letters to your home with this number saying they are Chase They eve answer the calls as Chase! Beware!!!!!

Scam, Extortion, What is there more to say?

I received a very official-looking email from "Chase Bank." The included phone number was 1-877-CHASEPC, which translates to 877-242-7372. I do not have any accounts with Chase Bank, so I already knew it was a fraud. When I hovered my mouse over the link for <www.chase.com> it was directed to somewhere else entirely unrelated to Chase Bank.

This caller tried to get an authorization for a bogus purchase at Chase.

Continous calls from this number wanting access code

Did not answer call. Dialed the number later, immediately requested me to enter my debit card number. I just hung up. The call was supposedly from Chase.
